Our client is seeking someone with structural experience and a strong knowledge of the mitigation process as well as reconstruction. Strong candidates must have experience in the INSURANCE related Industry. IF YOU ANSWER YES TO HAVING EXPERIENCE PLEASE SHOW THE WORKPLACES ON YOUR WORK HISTORY TO VALIDATE.Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete internal job file quality reviewsPrepare estimates and billing invoicesCoordinate crew and job schedulingPerform basic accounting functions such as A/P, A/R, bookkeeping and payrollOffice administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondencePerform detailed and accurate data entryAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceExperience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plusExperience in service industry environment a plusPossess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Proficient in QuickBooks Online accounting softwareAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GEDAble to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime/weekends when requiredVary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.Pay RateCompetitive pay based on experience TBDSERVPRO of Northwest Dallas is an EOE M/F/D/V employerEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
