Your New Role:

Do you have a knack for creating smooth workflows? Can you proofread with the best of them? This Procurement Coordinator role with a premiere engineering firm could be your next move

In this role, you’ll monitor the flow of work from supply procurement to actual product deliveries. Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate with vendors and prepare and administer contracts for purchase orders. You’ll process and distribute communications and information flow such as RFQs, adjudication documents, and proposals. Reviewing drafts, documents and deliverables, and ensuring quality will also fall under your purview. As part of this small but mighty support team, you’ll assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports to present to management and clients, and provide support in setting up meetings, creating meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

This position is 100% in-office to start, with hybrid options after the training period. You will need to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen (marijuana is not permitted).
