**Position Responsibilities** **Alertness**

Ask appropriate questions to gather sufficient information for timely and cost effective response to requests for support from facilities and service.

**Special Projects**

Provide support for any special projects as assigned by VP of Operations. These special projects, at the determination of VP of Operations, may or may not become part of this position's primary responsibilities.

Ability to prepare work free from errors, avoids bad decisions, and performs responsibilities in a thorough, complete manner. Ability to complete paperwork in a neat, legible, and professional manner. Ability to correctly route paperwork handled to appropriate person or departments. Ability to plan work to avoid difficult, unnecessary situations. Ability to budget time to maximize utilization of skills.

- Managing the warehouse operation including overseeing the coordination of daily deliveries and pick-ups with Project Coordinators, Project Managers and technicians.

- Gives daily direction to all truck drivers and temporary and full time warehouse help.

- Properly prepare items for shipping, including palletizing or boxing as needed.

- Coordinate shipments by contacting freight companies and when necessary obtaining estimates of cost.

- Properly complete necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping forms.

- Maintain and operate the parts storeroom in a neat, orderly and safe manner.

- Load and unload material shipments using hand trucks, forklifts, hand tools, and/or other records.

- Match invoices to purchase orders to verify correct pricing and quantities.

- Identify, mark and segregate material to appropriate areas.

- Responsible for reconciling records or notifying proper personnel when material quantity, description, or quality does not match recorded or intended levels.

- Coordinate with Service Departments and Special Projects Groups to assure stocking parts needs are met.

- Perform periodic physical inventory and truck inventory

- Confirm all tools are in proper working condition.

- Maintain tool log-in and log-out file for disbursement of tools to technicians and job sites.

- Assist in the expeditious and efficient flow of manpower, tool and materials for the company.

- Be innovative in suggesting additional duties or changes to improve operations.

- Maintain rapport and positive working relations with all intercompany personnel

- Operate company vehicles in a responsible and defensive manner.

- Coordinate with all teams to assure proper and timely flow of data.

- Plan and effectively manager your time to assure maximum productivity.

- Responsible for refrigerant recovery and maintaining of DOT tanks.

- Keep track of all spare vans.

- Preparation of new vans for technicians with all company tools, ladders, etc.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform duties of light physical demand.

- Responsible for all facility upkeep.

- Report all vehicle deficiencies to VP of Operations.
