CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to oversee the daily functions of our CNC machinery. The role involves running tests before operations begin and monitoring machines during product assembly, and inspecting machinery at the end of each shift to identify parts needing repair. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds Hold tolerances of +/-.0005"; +/-.012mm. Machine materials such as aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines Inspect machinery and products for quality assurance Essential Skills: Ability to use calipers and micrometers Proficiency in reading and following blueprint instructions Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Caldwell, NJ. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $70720.00/yr. 10 paid holidays. (See current schedule) 2 weeks paid vacation after one year of service @ December 31. Company match of fifty cents to every dollar deferred to a maximum of 4% of salary. Eligibility the first of January, April, July, & October following 60 days of employment.
