How you will make impact You Will Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and functional specifications. Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements. Develop and execute functional and regression tests for Java-based software components. Perform manual testing, identify defects, and document issues with clear steps for reproduction. Collaborate with development teams to address and resolve defects and issues. Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure software meets performance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Provide feedback and insights into the software development process to improve product quality. You Have 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Functional Tester. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design, and defect tracking. Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). ISTQB or other relevant certifications (nice to have). Experience with automation tools (nice to have). Advanced English level (B2 or above). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
