About the Team:

The Supply Department operates within Finance Management and provides comprehensive supply chain management services to Melbourne Health, North-Western Mental Health Services, and The Royal Womens Hospital. It is a shared service that ensures efficient and timely delivery of goods and services to all stakeholders.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the Supply Team, which includes the stores and loading dock staff who replenish Imprest wards (Scan, Deliver, and Put away) incoming goods. The Site Supervisor is required to manage the traffic flow through the loading dock and ensuring that orders and deliveries for all stakeholders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The position is tasked with ensuring continuous improvement around store activities in accordance with OH&S and Health service policies and procedures.
About the Role:
As the Site Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
Managing traffic flow through the loading dock for efficient and safe operations.
Ensuring timely receipt and delivery of Imprest orders to maintain stock levels in ward store locations.
Assisting in loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles when needed.
Initiating and participating in continuous improvement activities for the Procurement and Supply Chain team.
Training and supervising the Supply Team to deliver exceptional service.
Ensuring accurate timesheet provision and handling stock and non-stock deliveries.
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all store areas.
Supporting Health Services OH&S procedures and promoting a fair and diverse workplace.
Complying with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
