General ResponsibilitiesResponsible for performing various duties to support the marketing function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the marketing function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.Essential DutiesPerforms various duties to support the marketing function that builds brand awareness while generating new customer acquisition and increasing existing customer engagement, cross-sales, and loyalty, of which the following are illustrative: a. Collaborate with VP Marketing to understand strategic objectives, and design and deploy campaigns to meet those objectives. b. Review, recommend and implement content to assist with the production, placement and distribution of advertising campaigns using various mediums such as direct mailings, website, print and digital ads. c. Stay up to date on industry trends and company initiatives to ensure continuous generation of fresh and engaging content. d. Distribute new customer onboarding materials in a timely fashion for cross-sale optimization. e. Maintain and track all marketing materials as well as ads for audit purposes. f. Prepare timely, actionable routine and ad hoc reports in an efficient/effective manner, centered on but not limited to return on investment (ROI), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion/close rate, total spend compared to budget, web traffic, etc. g. Participates in the coordination and implementation of special events such as community banking week, open houses, customer seminars, special promotions, parades, lobby displays, branch openings, etc. Assists with set-up/clean up as directed. h. Produces, verifies, and/or distributes various CRM queries and reports. i. Proofreads all department work to ensure accuracy.2. Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.3. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements.4. Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other Bank personnel, customers, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.5. Maintains appropriate records and provides assigned reports.6.
