Responsibilities

  1. SELL. This is a sales job, and our number one priority is to sell.
  2. Pursue customers who walk into the gallery to get contact, learn interests, educate and make sales.
  3. Learn, research, and stay informed with featured artists, new releases and history to educate clients.
  4. Take Phone Calls, address and resolve client needs. Make sales with new leads over the phone.
  5. Maintain contact with leads by texting, emailing and calling. Update leads with artist show information. Create incentives that generate sales.
  6. Clean and Maintain gallery: Clean window display, dust and straighten all frames, dust and clean all sculptures, etc.
  7. Create and Update tags with correct pricing, match with artwork accordingly.
  8. Conscious of artwork that needs shipping or pick up. Create shipping tags and collect final shipping costs before sending. Call clients for pick up when artwork is back from framer.
  9. Maintain contact with clients throughout the entire sales process. Build relationship that foster return sales.

Qualifications

-Preferred: Bi-Lingual

-Some sales experience

-MOTIVATED

Starting Pay: $2,500/mo BASE PAY (Bi-Weekly Pay)

Commission needs to exceeds monthly base pay,

all additional commission will be paid in the form of a monthly commission check

Paid Training: Training is needed to be successful. We are excited to train a sales associate this summer so that they are ready for season
