Inside Customer Service Representative AGM is seeking a dynamic Inside Customer Service Representative to play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' needs are met with professionalism and precision. Effective Communication: Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adapting your approach as needed. Adaptability: Possess the ability to switch focus quickly while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. Tech-Savvy: Showcase computer literacy, solid typing skills, and an aptitude for navigating digital tools. Education and Experience: Associates degree (A. A.) from a two-year college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous relevant experience and/or training is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email, accurately determining their requirements and needs. Utilize available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation. Effectively communicate pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers. Collaborate with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships. Stay informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication. Champion continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.
