Overview This is a full?time on?site role for a Project Manager located in Rockville, VA, but predominantly on job sites in the Richmond region. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspections, and logistics management to ensure the successful completion of site preparation projects. Collaborate with an experienced field team and directly influence the success of heavy civil operations. Qualifications Experience in project management and expediting; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, Procore, and experience managing RFIs/Submittals processes. Experience in heavy civil and site work; bonus experience in AutoCAD and/or Navisworks. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or ten (10) years of construction management experience.
