Become part of a team that is committed to producing quality parts Partner with talented long term Quality Team Members Continue to learn and grow within the medical field to ensure compliance with ISO13485, cGMP and FDA standards. Produce defect free medical products. Yes, product that will impact someone’s life What key responsibilities would you assume in this role? Perform quality checks and document quality records. Use control indicated measurement methods (CMM, calipers, micrometers, special gages, etc.) to verify the quality of the product. Address non-conformities when identified, contain product and partner with management to define action plan. Assist in writing rework instructions and working with the operations team to execute. Partner with team members across the organization to work on quality activity. Participate in process improvement through meetings, proposing ideas, etc. Who will you work side by side to achieve extraordinary results? Talented Quality Managers, Business Unit Manager and Production Shift Leads. Experienced Quality Leads covering a 24/5 plant schedule. Many other PMC Team Members supporting Quality initiatives. Requirements What is needed to thrive in this role? Communication - use written and verbal communication to align expectations, provide feedback and share progress with other team members. Customer Oriented - mindset connecting with customers (internal or external) to find out what they want and how satisfied they are with what they are getting. Teamwork – being able to cooperate with others to achieve overall company and department results. Positive Attitude – ability to interact with others and establish a positive and productive work environment. “Roll up your sleeves” mindset to support team members in the quality and production area.
