Job Overview:

Linde Services, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in The Woodlands, TX area.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Associate duties include but not limited to the following:

* General customer support and interaction * Assist sales teams in exploring customer needs during the course of the sales process * Processes quotes on behalf of the sales team * Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, job coordination, P.O. status and resolving problems * Lead collections efforts working with customers in conjunction with Accounting and Account Managers to collect past due payments * Work with LSI operations team as needed to ensure projects are executed in a manner that fulfill the customers' needs * Maintain a small number of accounts directly as requested * Works under general supervision * Assists or leads productivity projects as requested * Learns and understands the LSI service offerings * Some domestic travel required

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred * 3 - 5 years customer service experience preferred * Familiarity within refining, chemical, natural gas, pipeline and or related industries a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Telephone sales skills * Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills * Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus * Strong computer skills
