Strategy & Operations Associate Nitra is changing how providers in the healthcare sector access credit and financial services addressing an imminent need for modern financial solutions that integrate seamlessly with complex industry processes. Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can have time back to focus on what matters to them most. Nitra offers physicians and medical clinics around the country credit and expense management products they crucially need, as well as a medical supply marketplace, in an all-in-one platform powered by machine learning technologies. Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Plaid, and Goldman Sachs. The team is backed by some of the world's leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD. We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate who will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and business growth at Nitra. This role requires a highly analytical, execution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to solve complex challenges. As part of the Strategy & Ops team, you will work cross-functionally with leadership to develop insights, optimize processes, and support high-priority initiatives that drive Nitra's success. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals Assisting in the development of strategic plans, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders Owning and optimizing internal processes, workflows, and operational metrics to improve efficiency and scalability Supporting financial modeling and business forecasting to drive data-driven decision-making Managing special projects that impact company strategy, operations, and long-term success Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and inform go-to-market strategies You have: 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a high-growth startup Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) A structured, problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges and develop actionable solutions Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear insights A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment A passion for fintech, healthcare, and driving impact in high-growth industries We offer: Equity - Everyone at Nitra is an owner.
