Customers use Time/Versalift products to provide electric and stand-by power for a variety of organizations like hospitals, grocery stores, workplaces and peoples homes. Our aerial lifts are used by municipalities and State Departments of Transportation in the service of highway lighting, traffic signals and signage to help keep people safer on the road. Tree care companies and forest services need bucket trucks to care for and maintain trees on public and private lands. Public works departments use our products to maintain bridges essential for ground transportation.

****Sales Coordinator Job Description****

Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mainly on creating and managing quotes and sales documentation.

****Sales Coordinator: QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS****

* 2+ Years of Inside sale experience preferred.

* Strong Communication Skills.

* Background with Customer Service a plus.

* Proficient in Microsoft Products.

* Must be mechanically minded.

****Sales Coordinator: JOB DUTIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO****

* Prepare s and follow s up on sales quotations for aerial lifts and custom installation for distributors and end customers.

* Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries professionally.

* Liaise between other departments and the salesmen to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, costs, and time restraints.

* May also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies for improvement.

* Manage a multiple projects.
