Cool thing is we invite any of our 2,400 employees AND their immediate household to ski and stay for free 1 weekend every year in Salida, Colorado at Monarch Mountain Feel free to take a look below at this amazing perk Essential Job Duties: Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Maintaining property grounds Preventative maintenance Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 2 weeks Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available What we are offering: $17- $19/HR Yearly raises up to 5% Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year $100.00 a week on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call. $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. Blue Cross / Blue Shield Medical Insurance for only $45.00 a month for yourself Free Life and Dental Insurance Vision and Disability Insurance. Paid EPA Certification training 9 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours. 20% off rent at any of our owned communities. Tool reimbursement program, up to $500 per year. Boot and pant reimbursement yearly Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
