Serves as liaison between the indirect loan dealers, branches, members and theunderwriting department with an emphasis of services and sales of credit union products; provides anexpertise in consumer loan products, answers member phone calls and cross sells credit union products.Resolves loan issues and directs members to the appropriate department or persons, while demonstratingteam participation.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Assists members and potential members with their loan requests. Assists dealers with indirect lending processing needs. Processes consumer loan applications and originates consumer loans for members by phone, indirect lending and/or online. Processes and decisions online membership applications. Returns calls to indirect loan dealers and members on loan and membership decisions, including rates, terms, and any stipulations.Ensures all loan funding and documentation is processed in an accurate, complete, and timely manager, enabling the Credit Union to build on and retain healthy relationships with our local dealer community and members.
