Read more about our story at: www.iplglobal.com Job Overview and key duties (agile) Develop proper controls over purchasing, receiving, issuance and shipping to ensure proper inventory accuracy and control. Work with the Procurement, Planning and Production Departments, to ensure they have proper controls to ensure inventory accuracy and ensure proper procedures and controls are being followed. Review Bill of Materials and Routings for accuracy; and roll and update standard cost for any make items, when applicable. Complete detailed monthly reporting of capex, accounts payable, deposits, account reconciliation, etc. Review monthly Plant overhead and reclass expenses, when needed. Maintain and audit the fixed asset register, capital expenditure requests, and required approvals. Prepare monthly journal entries to book over/ under absorbed labor and overhead, as well as other miscellaneous entries. Closely monitor account activities and report and issues to management. Actively participate in the monthly closing while meeting all required deadlines. Assist Controller with the preparation of the quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and IPL accounting policies. Participate in year-end closing initiatives and other required audits. Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting for various internal stakeholders. General AP duties as assigned. Role model our Values Additional information (including specialized qualifications / skills – please list) Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a Manufacturing environment required. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word. ERP experience (IFS advantageous but not essential).
