We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist/Health Screener to relieve his/her supervisor of matters by performing routine administrative duties.
- Screens all individuals entering our Community to detect and prevent the entry of COVID-19.
- Manages the work flow of the administrative offices, answers and transfers phone calls while exhibiting a professional, courteous and service attitude to fellow staff, business contacts, visitors, families, and especially the residents.
Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Word and Power Point. The ability to learn community software.
- Ability to multi-task and support other departments.
- Servant attitude
- Team Player.
- Rule follower and enforcer.
- Good communicator.
- Availability to pick up shifts throughout the week.
