This is a salaried, exempt position requiring a commitment of at least 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to oversee a single project site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Resource Coordination: Assist in identifying and organizing the necessary resources and team members to meet project objectives. Meeting Participation: Attend and contribute to various project status meetings, providing updates and insights as needed. Issue Identification: Proactively alert the Senior Project Manager to any potential deviations from the project plan or schedule. Confidentiality & Ethics: Uphold a high standard of confidentiality and ethical behavior in all tasks. Procurement Support: Aid in the procurement process, including bid solicitation, material selection, and contractor engagement. Communication Tracking: Monitor and filter communication to ensure no critical details are overlooked. Skills & Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with Californias construction landscape- HILLSIDE experience preferred Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and analyzing architectural plans, with a strong understanding of local city and jurisdictional requirements. Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem Solving: Capable of identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues effectively.
