As a Terrapin Physical Therapy team member, you will enjoy flexible full-time schedules, working four or five days a week at times that suit you. We offer hour-long evaluations and forty minutes of one-on-one care for returning patients, allowing you to consistently deliver meaningful and productive treatments. You will have access to supportive team resources and an environment that values autonomy, clinical excellence, and personal and professional growth. We use combined pain neuromuscular education, manual therapy, and active treatment approaches.

We offer lifelong learning opportunities and a culture that encourages you to take your practice skills to a new level with at least $2,000 per year of continuing education programs for orthopedic, geriatric, sports, or neuromuscular physical therapy. You will also receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with matching benefits, and twenty days of combined paid time off each year.

Our diverse patient population comes from a broad base of referral sources, especially our past patients. We offer aquatic therapy in our Hydroworx underwater treadmills, a well-equipped gym, and multiple private treatment rooms.   • Flexible Full-Time schedules: Four or five-day work weeks. We are open Monday through Saturday and welcome team members to choose to work at times that work for you
