We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Facility Maintenance Clerk for the Maintenance Department at our Tuttle-Click Irvine location. The Office Clerk position is Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm with some overtime as needed that may also include weekends. Ability to travel to our other Tuttle-Click locations in Tustin and San Juan Capistrano. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $22.00. Responsibilities Project management: plan, coordinate, and execute projects that involve multiple vendors to complete tasks within a set timeframe while communicating status updates to different management stakeholders.Planning and delegating multiple workloads for yourself and other team members.Contacts vendors to get quotes, perform repairs, and communicate findings to appropriate parties.Oversee vendors as they complete routine repairs and maintenance on dealership's physical facility and all equipment.Maintains all light standards, display items, and any other equipment in a ready-for-use status.Maintain inventory of facility supplies.Maintain accurate records and inspection files.Review and audit scanned files for accuracy.Posting and filing P.O.s and invoices.Deliver and pick up equipment to off-site locations requiring the loading/unloading of all materials.Move furniture and equipment, as directed.Assist in overseeing janitorial team.Quarterly Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) audits and meetings.Manage EHS workload and work towards resolution safety issues.Prints, analyzes, and distributes reports as requested by management.Additional duties will be given as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.Qualifications Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.Ability to prioritize assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of duties.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Reads basic maps, follows written instructions and multiple directions (written and verbal), and handles multiple priorities projects simultaneously.Have strong communication and analytical skills to communicate quickly and effectively issues and solutions to cross-functional team members, vendors, and management. Send updates of ongoing issues, and resolution details.Good interpersonal and oral communication skillsKnowledge of safety and environmental regulations.Able to understand complex regulations and the ability to communicate them to management.Flexible with day-to-day dutiesRegular and timely daily attendance, with overtime as assigned, on a regular and consistent basis.Strong computer skills and Excel spreadsheet usage.Reynolds/Ignite knowledge (preferred)Experience working in a Dealership(preferred)High School Diploma or equivalent.Clear background, drug screen and verifiable referencesHas own vehicle.Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time & stand on feet for up to 8 hours per day.Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.Knowledge of general plumbing and electrical repair.Knowledge of drywall patching and repair.Knowledge of professional-level painting.Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting.Ability to safely use hand tools and power toolsThe Tuttle-Click Automotive Group has been serving the Southern California community since 1946.
