We have opening for a Senior Managing Consultants to provide our service to Banking, Entertainment, and Financial Services clients.Responsibilities• Senior Managing Consultant with strong leadership and experience in developing and executing IT Programs and Large Scale Projects, with the capacity to delegate assignments, and manage resources remotely • Work with business development teams to develop solution for client. Work collaboratively with client team lead counterpart to plan and deliver solutions • The Program management function requires managing people, managing cross functional teams, managing customer expectations, and setting up the pace for all team members to follow • Guide team through as-is documentation and to-be design of processes, related organization/role design and enabling technologies • Guide team through business case development and the project delivery will require strong result oriented profile focused on plans and milestone delivery, schedules, quality and budget • Directly supervise the work of others on a small/medium/large sized team including Onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and providing advice on procedures/work methods • Guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience • Develop detailed work plans, direct project teams, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards. Qualifications • At least 10 years experienced in Information Technology and Project Management • Experienced managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and Project Managers • Experienced with Agile methodology• Strong knowledge in Java, Big Data technologies, and AWS• Goal oriented with a strong delivery / milestone focus• Can effectively develop project tools/deliverables without guidance • Extraordinary organizational skills• Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and highly effective at fulfilling them • Instinctive approach to understanding and solving problems and challenges • Commitment to Quality, Integrity and Excellence drive for performance • Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work independently Qualified candidates, please forward your resume to: careers@cosatech.com All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
