This position is an in office position in our Garden City, NY office. Applicants should be within travel distance to the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement sales performance and process improvements.
  • Recruit potential sales team members and conduct preliminary interviews
  • Be responsible for onboarding and training processes for new sales team members
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales team account and opportunity management processes.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, visualizations, and reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Uncover actionable insights from sales and marketing data analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and sales automation through our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Integrate key areas of sales with marketing and support teams to improve communication and sales efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 1-2 years of prior sales experience (preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or other sales automation tools.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to recruit other sales associates.
  • Respectful management style and a keen desire to develop into a managerial role.
