Overview:

As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with Client Managers, Department Heads, and Technical Staff to manage, track, and update their sales and marketing plans. This position will be located in our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Como, NJ. As an entry/mid-level position in our rapidly growing Marketing Department, there is a path to career advancement and internal growth.

Our firm is highly collaborative and this is a full-time in office position.

Responsibilities:

• Working independently with Directors and Client Managers to maintain and advance marketing plans as defined by service and/or geographical location.
• Researching and monitoring industry trends to identify new areas of opportunity.
• Performing tracking to ensure consistent follow up efforts by technical staff.
• Developing measurable initiatives to ensure consistent follow up efforts by technical and sales staff
• Directing technical staff through consistent support and communications.
• Collaborating with Marketing Assistant to create reports for conference follow up efforts.
• Reporting measurable results monthly to Head of Marketing for quarterly discussion with Board of Directors.
• Willingness to assist with other marketing tasks and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience with professional service consulting firms (multidisciplinary engineering preferred).
• BA in Marketing or similarly relevant degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiar with CRM software (Deltek specifically is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• May require occasional travel to NJ and PA office locations.
