Press Operator I

We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our team at Cascadia Custom Molding in Woodinville. As an Operator your tasks will include performing manual operation of injection molding machines, finishing and trimming parts, inspecting basic parts for quality issues, and assembling final products while adhering to quality standards.

Starting Wage: $20.00- $24.00 per hour (2nd Shift) + $1/hour shift differential.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 2:30PM to 11PM

In this role, you would be responsible for the following:

  • Operating injection molding machines manually
  • Performing finishing and trimming of parts
  • Inspecting basic parts for quality issues
  • Assembling final products according to quality standards
Requirements include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of basic math and measurement tools
