Generate and analyze HR-related data to drive strategic decision-making.
Provide direction and support to the HR team, ensuring the highest standards of performance and ethical conduct.
Regularly review and improve HR policies, aligning them with the company's strategic goals and the latest industry practices.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Minimum high school diploma or GED; a college degree in Human Resources and PHR certification is highly preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a background in transportation, warehouse, or production environments being ideal.
Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English.
Expertise in labor law, HR systems, benefits administration, and an understanding of DOT and OSHA regulations.
Proven multitasking ability and the capacity to lead and communicate effectively during periods of change.
Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office suite, with strong organizational and communication abilities.
Independent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to human resources management.
Physical Requirements:
Comfort with desk-based tasks, including frequent computer use.
Capable of occasional physical activities, including lifting light weights and facility navigation.
Willingness to travel as needed for inter-site coordination and meetings.
