Dietary Aide - Part Time (AM, PM) Starting Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 DOQ Reports To: Housing Manager Responsibilities: 1. Prepare monthly menu 2. Assist House Manager with food orders 3. Organize, clean, and maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen 4. Prepare three daily meals as well as snacks for residents 5. Maintain knowledge of residents' special dietary needs or likes/dislikes 6. Instructs care givers on proper sanitary regulations 7. Instructs care givers on setting tables, serving residents, clearing dishes, loading, and running dishwasher 8. Stays within set budget on all food orders and purchases 9. Meet with residents periodically to assess food preferences 10. Prepare and track guest meals 11. Communicate detailed instructions to staff for evening and weekend meals and baking 12. Interact with residents and observe food and liquid intake 13. Work with House Manager on food preparation/service for special events 14.
