Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Time Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities during the night shift. This role is crucial in preparing our premises for the next day's operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform nightly cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked and in good working order.
  • Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
  • Empty and dispose of all trash and recycling materials.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and report any inventory needs to the supervisor.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention.
  • Address any immediate cleaning needs or emergencies that arise during the night shift.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • Valid driver license
  • Clean room experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work night shifts (Sun-Thu or Mon-Fri).
Work Schedule:
  • Night shift hours (Sun-Thu or Mon-Fri).
  • Weekends off

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
