We are the industry leader in assisted stretching, and use an evidence-based flexibility program delivered via 25 or 50 minute one-on-one sessions.The StretchLab studios in Chahassen, Eden Prairie, Edina, Minneapolis, Maple Grove and Plymouth studios are looking for recent graduates and/or unique and qualified individuals with experience in any of the following fields:Personal TrainerExercise PhysiologistFitness Director/ManagerStrength CoachMassage TherapistCorrective Exercise SpecialistRecent College Graduates with Exercise Science or related fieldAt the core of our studios are Flexologists, who provide assisted stretching services to our clients. Flexologists require a background and national certification or state licensure in rehabilitation, sports medicine, massage therapy, personal training or strength and conditioning. Individuals with the appropriate background then undergo paid training where they learn and practice our flexibility program.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions 25 or 50 minutesPerform flexibility assessmentsDocument client progress and preferencesEncourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessionsBuild studio membershipRetain and maintain current clienteleEnsure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rulesBuilding professional relationships with clients to help them achieve their goalsAttend staff meetings and required educational presentations when scheduledAssist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and offsite eventsMaintain strong social media presence to client membership and retentionMaintain and clean equipment and studio in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeCOMPENSATION & PERKS:$25 - $28 per hourBenefits include Health Insurance, Dental, and 401(k) Studios are not open on SundaysHuge opportunities for advancement and growth - further locations to open in the metro.
