Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction, drain field design, septic services, and watershed management? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines. Conduct thorough site assessments and evaluations to determine project feasibility, identify potential risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including site preparation, equipment installation, and material procurement, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Manage drain field design projects, including soil analysis, site surveys, and system sizing, while considering environmental impact and local regulations. Provide expertise and guidance on septic services, including maintenance, repair, and installation of septic systems, in accordance with applicable codes and regulations. Develop and implement effective watershed management strategies to protect and improve water quality, including erosion control measures and stormwater management plans. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended solutions. Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of any issues or concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to enhance project management processes and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Certifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on drain field design, septic services, and watershed management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as relevant building codes and regulations. Familiarity with soil analysis, septic system design, and installation practices. Understanding of watershed management principles, erosion control measures, and stormwater management. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Proficient in project management software and tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
