We provide an accelerated learning journey in manufacturing and chemical engineering. As your skills grow, you will progress into more responsible, impactful roles.Production Engineer > Staff Process Engineer > Process Engineer > Senior Engineer> Leadership Key responsibilities: Production Engineer Ensure products meet our quality, cost, and efficiency requirements.Monitor day to day production results.Design, develop, and implement continuous process improvements.Assist with process troubleshooting and developing corrective action plans.Contribute to the design of moderately complex projects and/or handle elements of major projects.ABOUT YOUWe're looking for engineers who are keen to learn fast in an environment of excellence.
