The Role:
As a Gift Associate, you'll be based at our Robinson Township National Operations, Support & Distribution Center and actively involved in various aspects of our operations. This is a hands-on role, working closely with our Gift Ninja to master all things related to gifts and novelty items.

- Fulfill retail store orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and stock incoming shipments of gifts and novelty items.
- Learn and execute proper receiving and inventory procedures.
- Collaborate with our Gift Ninja to master all aspects of gift and novelty item handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in other warehouse sections or the portioning room as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to support overall warehouse operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while handling merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Retail or Warehouse Experience: Preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility: The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to assist wherever needed, whether in other warehouse sections or the portioning room.
- Physical Aptitude: This role involves packing, moving boxes, and standing.
