Position Overview:
Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and excited about creating memorable events? As an Events Marketing Assistant at the Bleu Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, with full training provided and the potential for rapid career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
- Work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all event details are handled smoothly.
- Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring everything is in place and functioning properly.
- Interact with clients and attendees to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage event logistics, including registration, materials distribution, and schedule coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and follow-up.
- Participate in sales activities related to events, including promoting event participation and securing sponsorships.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in events, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on-site, this position is fully in person.
