We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Manager to join our corporate team in Huntington Beach, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive recruitment efforts, build a top-tier talent pipeline, and help elevate Liberty Military Housing's brand across 10 states. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you'll work closely with our leadership to meet the ever-evolving needs of our growing organization while leading a team of dedicated Talent Coordinators.
This role is an on-site position at our Huntington Beach headquarters with 30% travel required.
What You'll Do:
Lead Recruitment Strategy: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in hard-to-fill positions.
Team Leadership: Coach, train, and inspire a team of Talent Coordinators to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build a diverse and high-caliber talent pool for current and future openings across a variety of roles.
Innovative Sourcing: Uncover top talent using diverse channels like job boards, social media, campus recruitment, networking, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to create and implement effective recruiting programs that strengthen the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine our recruitment systems, making data-driven improvements and implementing creative, out-of-the-box strategies.
Brand Ambassador: Promote and protect Liberty Military Housing's employer brand, ensuring a seamless, positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Data & Reporting: Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs) to ensure smooth candidate management and reporting.
Qualifications What You Need for Success:
Experience: 5+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, including at least 3-5 years of managing and developing a high-performing team.
Expertise: Proven success in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives, with a strong background in sourcing talent across multiple channels.
Skills: Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs preferred), conducting interviews, and understanding employment laws (EEO, DOL, etc.).
Adaptability: A track record of balancing a high volume of recruitment activities, while delivering results with creativity and efficiency.
Industry Knowledge: Background in property management, hospitality, or retail recruiting is a plus.

Pay Range $105,000 - $127,000 annually plus bonus
