Job Description - Non-Exempt Position Title: OPC Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Purpose The Community Marketing Agent OPC provides information and opportunities for qualifying couples and individual(s) to attend a presentation about Capital Vacations. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Serves as the first point of contact for Capital Vacations Sales Experience Greets, presents, and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales presentation at Capital Vacations Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of Capital Vacations while pre-qualifying potential customers Maintains an accurate record and customer logs Responsible for the collection and delivery of any deposits received from the guests Responsible for maintaining production at or above minimum performance standards General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
