Anchor Talent has partnered with an educational institution to recruit Outbound Sales and Admissions Representatives.

Ideal start date: May 13th, 2024

Responsibilities

  • Initiating cold calls on a daily basis
  • Oversee incoming inquiries and customer calls for prospective students
  • Schedule interviews in person with prospective students and their families
  • Build rapport with prospective students and sell educational offerings
  • Perform inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospective students
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service or call center roles
  • Proven sales background
  • Proficiency in inbound and outbound call management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and efficient in multitasking
  • Go-Getter
Compensation and Details
  • Compensation: $17hr-$19hr
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English strongly preferred
  • Medical / Dental / Vision
  • Contract to Hire and Direct Hire opportunities
  • Schedule: M-F 8-5, 9-6, 10-7
  • One Saturday a month 9-1
