Overview Min 4-5 years experience in Desktop Support. We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Respond to IT issues; provide technical support across the company (in-person or remote assistance). Maintain IT documentation and records. Collaborate with the IT team to complete projects. Be the face of Technology. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Windows operating systems. MS Office suite. Intune. Knowledge of computer networking. Experience with ServiceNow. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users. Strong skills in software troubleshooting and familiarity with IT infrastructure. Customer service-oriented approach.
