Sr Auditor

A family-owned CPA firm in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago is hiring for an experienced Sr. Auditor to join their team on a permanent basis. This person will work with small business clients in the manufacturing, engineering and construction spaces.

Description:

+ Manage audit process for small business clients, mainly manufacturing, construction, and engineering.

+ Meet on-site with clients occasionally, all clients local to Northwest suburbs

+ Examine companies accounts and financial controls

+ Gauge levels of financial risk

+ Review companies financial reports and ensure records are accurate and reliable

+ Identify if and where processes are not working, and serve as an advisor on potential change

Qualifications:

+ 5-10+ years experience in public accounting as an auditor

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

+ CPA is a PLUS not a must-have
