LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Call Center Support Specialist. This will be a first shift position in New Albany, IN. The Call Center will field incoming crisis calls. Covid vaccination is required.

*Requirements*:

* At least one year in a customer service position
* At least one year working with a multi-line phone system
* High School diploma or GED
* Bilingual in Spanish preferred

*Experience*:

* At least one year in a mental health setting/alcohol and drug setting
* Must have superb customer service skills
* Previous experience working effectively in communicating with the public
* Previous experience working in data entry
* Previous experience working with an Electronic Health Record

*Responsibilities Include:*

* Ability to de-escalate callers
* Ability to work well with others
* Answer multiple line phone system
* Asks appropriate questions to determine crisis calls
* Being an active listener while multitasking
* Collaborates well with others to ensure safety of crisis callers
* Coordinates crisis training with Mobile Crisis Team Leader for all staff
* Knowledgeable about agency policies and procedures
* Provides support to other staff in the department when needed
* Record keeping duties for CCBHC (call logs, Athena requirements, etc.)
* Schedule appointments in the EHR correctly based off instructions from each office
* Understands when to contact the Mobile Crisis Team
* Work as a Team Player
