**Description**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Provide support and administrative assistance to the Depository Services Officer and the Treasury Management Sales Officer in their day-to-day functions and activities in order for them to focus on sales and customer support. Such functions include, but are not limited to:

+ Performing Bank Depository Analyses

+ Preparing, maintaining, and submitting monthly and quarterly reporting on time as scheduled, such as ACH, RDC, and Services Rendered reporting.

+ Preparing proposal packets by the deadline established

+ Preparing requested Treasury Management documents

+ Preparing cost schedules

+ Preparing collateral material and internal notifications

* Provide support for analyzing business relationships, selling, servicing and troubleshooting of applicable Depository and Treasury Management Services, working directly with Relationship Managers, Relationship Manager Assistants and/ or clients

* Maintain a solid working knowledge of all Depository and Treasury Management products and services

* Accurately maintain an active list of current clients using Cash Management services keeping it up-to-date regularly

* Maintain the Monitor and Control Reporting for compliance for ACH and RDC Clients and ensure these are kept current and accurate on a regular basis

* Assist in updating and publishing policies and procedures related to Depository Services

* Maintain the Depository Services area of the Banks internal network (JET) for documents and Treasury Management Information assuring the information is current and accurate

* Maintain internal reports for consumer and business clients using Promontory Interfinancial Network, LLC services. CDARS and ICS require bank monitoring in conjunction with the EFT and Accounting Departments. Ensure the internal database is kept current on a regular basis.

* Assure compliance with all applicable regulatory guidelines at all times

* Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret various documents

* Possess the ability to multi-task and change directions quickly when needed

* Be able to handle confidential information

* Consistently display a positive attitude and represent Bank of Tennessee in a positive manner

* Maintain proficient computer knowledge of all internal systems and systems used to fulfill the position, especially Horizon 360 report writing

* Maintain a solid working knowledge of all equipment and programs used through Treasury Management

* Consistently be an active team player

**Education and Experience:**

* Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required

* Previous experience in the knowledge of sales and functions of Depository Services and Treasury Management products and services preferred

* Prior experience in analyzing accounts and individual financial needs preferred.
