Employee will be expected to report daily to the company office to pursue jobs that are needed for company workload. We are in search of a candidate who has experience/links in the construction civil, site, GC industry. We would emphasize the employee to grab new job connections and build strong bonds amongst clients. We offer many benefits including health insurance, vacation, 401k, and would be open to a commission based bonus system if indeed the incoming projects are profitable and plentiful. If in a circumstance the business meets its workload and can't accommodate any more new projects for a short time period, the employee would be expected to assist project managers complete projects acquired by the project estimator.
