Grant Writer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Grant Specialist/ Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creation of policies and procedures, document management, contractor management, document review, proposal writing, strategic planning, price analysis, vendor management, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Salesforce, and intellectual property law.Responsibilities:- Manage document workflows and ensure accurate documentation- Create policies and procedures- Oversee contractor relationships and performance- Conduct thorough document reviews for accuracy and compliance- Assist in proposal writing and strategic planning processes- Analyze pricing structures to optimize profitability- Coordinate vendor relationships and contracts- Ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)- Utilize Salesforce for data management and reporting- Provide support in intellectual property law mattersExperience:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience- Proven experience in document management and review- SOP experience- Strong background in contractor and vendor management- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyJoining our team as a Specialist offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will be valued.
