The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing incoming calls related to various service inquiries on clients' accounts. The role requires handling calls with high accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting key performance metrics. The representative will support areas including cash management products, the company's online services, mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Assist clients with cash management products, account-related inquiries, and online/mobile app support. Meet or exceed key performance metrics consistently to ensure high-quality service. Provide information and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach. Utilize company resources effectively to assist clients with a range of financial and account-related inquiries. salary: $19.16 - $19.17 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client's accounts.
