ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES Provide marketing leadership and expertise for all media channels. Identify and make recommendations on effective marketing opportunities. Create, collect, catalog, archive and organize marketing assets. Review, analyze, update websites and content; facilitate SEO. Maintain social media profiles and post regular content – Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Manage search engine, business directory profiles, our web reputation; track reviews and facilitate responses. Facilitate the creation of marketing materials such as graphics, flyers, posters, social media ads, videos, promotional products, hold messages, calendars. Draft and issue press releases to various industry and regional publications about company news and achievements. Aid Human Resources with promoting recruiting and hiring efforts. Maintain customer marketing lists and produce weekly/monthly ads. Job fair, industry trade show attendance, booth design, set up, promotional giveaways. Provide leadership on in-store merchandising, product placement and promotion, company awards and achievement display. Achieve and maintain required certifications for our franchises and utilize their marketing channels and co-op funding. Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines. Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance. Performs W.W Wallwork, Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor. Upholds W.W. Wallwork, Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures. Qualifications Education Preferred Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field. High School or better. Licenses & Certifications Required Drivers License
