Your future starts here Royal Technologies is searching for Material Handlers to join our 2nd or 3rd shift team in Cullman, AL. Our Material Handlers are excited and eager to play a vital role in assisting our company in delivering perfect products to our customers. If you have a strong attention to detail and share in Royal's values, we would love to meet you Your responsibilities: Warehouse finished goods and raw material Supply manufacturing with raw materials Maintain inventory accuracy Load and unload trucks Starting Wage: $18.50/hour for 2nd or 3rd shift Perks and Benefits: Closed Sundays Weekly paycheck Quarterly bonuses based on company profitability Ownership in the company through our ESOP plan Excellent health insurance coverage Education reimbursement On-site wellness facility (spin bikes, treadmills, weights, and more) Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent) Basic knowledge of computers and warehousing functions Ability to operate a forklift Willing and able to work overtime as needed Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift 2nd Shift: 4pm-12am 3rd Shift: 12am-8am At Royal, you will find a culture of commitment where you are respected and valued.
