We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate Product Manager to join our team focusing on our rail shipment visibility solution. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for providing solutions to meet customers’ needs, identifying opportunities for improving or expanding the product offerings, and for working closely with other Product Managers to translate these needs into tangible requirements. The Associate Product Manager ensures the right priorities are defined, collaborating closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Scrum Teams to validate that technology choices meet customers’ requirements, and a high-quality product is delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing new solution & features in liaison with Engineering teams
  • Develop and maintain backlog of user stories for implementation
  • Create test strategy for new features with QA Engineers
  • Ensures that the scrum teams understands the vision for the product, to create best design features
  • Participate in downstream implementation process to drive success for the customers
  • Monitor & communicate the changes in the container terminal market relative toKalerisinvestment to the field operations team
  • Delivers successful product releases
  • Responsible for determining the right customer priorities
  • Identifies opportunities to improve/expand product offerings
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, Scrum, and Field development teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in defining, building and delivering successful products
  • Deep proficiency in the rail logistics industry
  • Experience in products optimizing operational execution in human-centric environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and adept at problem-solving
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in business requirements, technology options, and product direction
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities, including influencing, inclusiveness, and driving decisions proactively
