Rockstar San Diego is on the lookout for Senior Tools Programmers who are passionate about supporting and further developing a world class audio tool suite. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s unique game development studio in Carlsbad, CA. WHAT WE DO

The Rockstar audio programming team is responsible for the technology that powers the audio and music in our games. We’re committed to creating incredibly immersive interactive audio, pushing the sonic boundaries of what’s possible in our medium. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain an in-house audio toolset. Maintain awareness of relevant technologies, modern UI best practice, and drive their adoption within the toolset. Balance meeting short-term user needs with long-term development of the audio tool suite; identify opportunities to optimize user workflows QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. SKILLS

Strong .NET/C#. Ability to work well within a mixed-discipline team. Ability to work within a schedule and deliver effectively to deadlines. PLUSES
