- Implementation: Lead the deployment of Okta CIAM services, including user registration, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
- Integration: Integrate Okta with various customer-facing applications, ensuring seamless SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and API security.
- Customer Experience: Design and implement customer identity solutions that enhance the user experience while ensuring security and compliance.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that CIAM solutions comply with security policies and regulatory requirements. Implement robust security controls to protect customer identities and data.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of CIAM solutions to handle large-scale customer environments.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Okta CIAM-related issues. Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents promptly.
- Policy Development: Develop and enforce policies and standards for customer identity and access management. Maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and procedures.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor IT staff on Okta CIAM best practices, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest Okta features and IAM industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and enhancements to improve the CIAM landscape.
- Proficiency in Okta CIAM, including user management, SSO, MFA, API security, and identity governance.
- Strong knowledge of customer identity lifecycle management and IAM best practices.
- Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and integration methods
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to CIAM (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
