  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of CIAM solutions to handle large-scale customer environments.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Okta CIAM-related issues. Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents promptly.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce policies and standards for customer identity and access management. Maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and procedures.
  • Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor IT staff on Okta CIAM best practices, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest Okta features and IAM industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and enhancements to improve the CIAM landscape.
  • Proficiency in Okta CIAM, including user management, SSO, MFA, API security, and identity governance.
  • Strong knowledge of customer identity lifecycle management and IAM best practices.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and integration methods
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to CIAM (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
