Administer an open door policy with employees to address issues, problems and concerns. Motivate and lead team members, provide coaching and development opportunities, monitor success through documented periodic work performance evaluations and enact corrective action. Ensure that proper safety practices are followed, monitored and enforced. Maintain an atmosphere of continual improvement of productivity, quality, safety, and good housekeeping practices are incorporated into all operations. Requirements Required qualifications for a Production Manager: Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferring in Business Administration or related fields or 3-5 years of work experience in supervising employee with a manufacturing environment Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve basic mechanical and electrical issues Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines Technically proficient with a strong sense of user experience, tact and business insight. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines Skilled in performing detailed work with a high degree of quality and accuracy Maintain poise and respond in a professional and respectful manner to all situations AA/EOE
