Grocery Clerk I Join the Festival Foods team as a Grocery Clerk This part-time position involves stocking, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring the store is organized and well-maintained. Responsibilities include: Provide Helpful Service: Offer friendly greetings, answer questions, and address guest concerns. Stock & Display: Ensure products are fresh, in-date, and properly rotated. Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products and provide product suggestions. Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory. Collaboration: Work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and team. Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean, sanitized, and tidy. Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with professionalism. Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times. Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance and notice for occasional absences. Support the Team: Other duties as assigned. To excel in this role, you'll bring: A helpful attitude and commitment to excellent guest service. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Awareness of safety requirements and policies. Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks and forklifts. Physical demands include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
